Antelope study #5 in colored pencil
Well friends, this ends my antelope study. I hope you've enjoyed it.
Interestingly, delving into this subject was never meant to result in accomplished works of art. Instead it was always about the forms and shapes of the animals, the quality of natural things, and the use of colored pencils.
This last example originally turned out sort of dull, so once again I played around with Photoshop features just to see how I could change it a bit.
Thanks for stopping by. Don't be afraid to leave a comment on your way out!

Hi Joe
ReplyDeleteI think that sometimes it's the process that counts. I have enjoyed your posts - thanks for sharing your pieces.
Happy Weekend, Ev
Thanks Evelyn, I always appreciate your encouragement. :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful sketches, Joe. I've never worked with pencils...only for the original drawings of the painting..great lights and darks in this drawing....
